Sponge Issue 6 is here! Link in bio Though the stories in this issue were submitted a year ago now, I was delighted in reading them to discover how applicable they are to our current world. Both Dave Branton’s “Cracks” and Andy Southall’s “The Conductor” tell tales of people dealing with the aftermath of a global pandemic. “Chasing the Day” by Tom Adams tells a story of a new kind of climate change where the world no longer spins and darkness brings a deathly cold. The other three pieces - “Fluid”, “When Time Met Space” and “A Day in the Life of Bubbles” bring a lightness to these tales of warning. We hope you enjoy the issue as much as we did making it #sciencefiction #scifi #specfic #speculativefiction #writing #poetry #nzfiction
